What is included in a cleaning?A standard cleaning includes everything listed down below: Floors are swept, cleaned and mopped. Carpets and rugs are vaccumed. Surfaces including fixtures and applicanes are wiped for dust and bacteria. Mirrors and windows wiped down. Everything in the tub/shower is cleaned and disinfected. Everything in the kitchen is cleaned including cooktops and the surface of the appliances. A deep clean includes cleaning the inside of cabinets, microwave, fridge, stove, etc.

What is your cancellation policy?We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, cancellations can disrupt our scheduling and affect our team's availability. To ensure fair and efficient service for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Fee: We charge a 50% cancellation fee if cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. This fee helps cover the costs associated with preparing for the appointment and the lost opportunity to serve other clients during that time. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of services. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and offer the time slot to other clients. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, where our team arrives at the scheduled appointment and is unable to gain access to the premises or receive any communication, the full service fee may still be charged. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will always strive to be understanding and flexible in such cases. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you encounter any issues that may affect your scheduled cleaning service. Do I need a deep clean?Our deep clean is recommended for the first visit or if you haven't had a professional clean done in your home in the past 3 months.

How many hours is a typical cleaning?A typical cleaning service is a minimum of 2-4 hours depending on the size of your home.

Do you offer hourly service?We charge a standard rate based on the requirements of each cleaning service.

Are your cleaners background checked?Yes, our cleaners are back ground checked and professionally trained to clean homes.

When will I be charged?There is a 50% deposit for all cleanings that is charged when you book an appointment with us. The remaining balance is due before or at the time of service.

Can I reschedule my booking?Yes, you can reschedule any booking without penalty, so long as you do so at least 24 hours ahead of the scheduled start time.

How much are your cleaning services?This depends on the size of your house — enter how many rooms and bathrooms you have into the booking form above and get a free instant quote.

Does a cleaning include laundry?We do not currently offer laundry service, we kindly ask that you pick up any clothes or laundry around the house to ensure a better clean.
